Project Description

Internal project for a design incubation initiative - focused on big ideas, high-level pitches, and "what's next." We aimed to reimagine Well Fargo's mobile banking experience as seamless, visually-first, and highly accessible - with large icons, clear flows, and minimal confusing process loops. Our user research focused on users with visual accessibility needs, users unfamiliar with mobile banking or mobile interfaces, and other high-friction groups within the demographic umbrella.

About these images:

1) The reimagined "Big Button" landing screen emphasizes clear, identifiable icons and the option to move unused features to another tab for ease of use.

2) The mobile check deposit flow outlines the steps to deposit a check virtually with clear, concise directions and visual aids.

3) The continuation of the mobile check deposit flow. Large buttons, a clear visual hierarchy for the deposit amount, and minimal extraneous text ensure a low-friction experience.
